     Contact us at this email address processing@axa-insurance.com.hk and provide us with your user-id and
     contact phone number. For security reasons, before activating our password we will contact you.


     2. DO YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE WITH THE SYSTEM?

     When you encounter any difficulty while using the system, you can reach us by:
     (a) Sending an email to processing@axa-insurance.com.hk with a brief description of the problem or
     (b) Calling our Processing Hotline at (852) 3982-5049 or
     (c) Calling your AXA Account Manager/Executive directly

     3. HANDLING YOUR USER-ID AND PASSWORD

     These are useful measures to take to protect your on-line information:
     (a) do not reveal your user-id and password to anyone, including AXA staff
     (b) change your password immediately after you have login for the first time
     (c) change your password periodically
     (d) do not choose password containing your personal details such as name, date of birth,
           IC/ID number,etc.
     (e) do not write down your password on paper or store it in your computer
